Creekside Apartments are located at 1518 Patricia Avenue, Simi Valley, CA 93065

From Route 118, take the Erringer Rd exit. Go south 1.5 miles, then right on Los Angeles Ave. Take your 3rd left onto Hubbard St and follow signs to the Leasing Office.
From Route 23 South, turn left on East High St, which becomes E. Los Angeles Ave. Merge onto Route 118, take the Simi Valley exit. Turn right on 1st St, then after 3/4 mile turn left on E. Los Angeles Ave. After 1/2 mile, turn right on Hubbard St. and follow signs.

From Route 23 North, take the Olsen Rd exit and turn right. Olsen Rd becomes Madera Rd. Continue for 2 3/4 miles, then turn right on E. Los Angeles Ave. After 1/2 mile, turn right on Hubbard St. Follow signs.
